CALLING ALL SINGERS

AGES 18 – 25

 

PRAIRIE VOICES

 

IS LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED, YOUTHFUL, ENTHUSIASTIC AND PASSIONATE INDIVIDUALS WHO LOVE TO SING.

 

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SINGING WITH A MARVELLOUS COMMUNITY CHOIR PLEASE JOIN US FOR OUR AUDITIONS.

 

Auditions are June 23, 2007 at First Presbyterian Church

61 Picardy Place (Wpg)

(on the corner of Picardy & Canora)

Please use the side door on Picardy to enter

10 AM – 6PM

 

Please be at least 15 minutes early to fill out an audition form. If uncontrollable circumstances prevent you from being able to attend the audition on June 23, please contact the artistic director, Kristel Peters (contact information below), for a possible alternative date.

 

You will need:

 

2 songs of contrasting styles. (We really want to hear your voice and see your style/energy)

3 copies of the music (photocopies accepted)

Be prepared for range tests and sight-singing tests

A name and contact information for a musical reference (i.e. School music teacher, voice teacher, etc.)

Accompanist will be provided

 

If you know of anyone interested in singing with Prairie Voices, please pass this information on to them.
