Sunday, April 3, 2011 - 7:00 p.m. Westworth United Church, Grosvenor & Lanark, Winnipeg MB University of Manitoba Concert Choir Ed & Millie Hildebrand, conductor Runes and Rhymes The University Concert Choir celebrates its year end with an evocative collection of choral settings from favourites such as Rheinberger and Whitacre to jaunty renditions of the Sakkijarven Polkka, Gilbert & Sullivan and the Beatles! UofM performance major Andrea Bellhouse will join us in “Everyone Sang”, in which the poetry by Siegfried Sassoon is set against the backdrop of WW1.
