Ruth Wiwchar Receives Award
 
The Manitoba Foundation for the Arts, established in 1995, handed out their biennial awards at a ceremony on Sunday, May 2, 2010.
Former MCA president, Ruth Wiwchar (artistic director of Pembina Trails Voices), was the recipient of this year's Lee Cameron arts education award.
