DATE CHANGE for singing Celtic Mass in Carnegie Hall

Experienced choristers are invited to apply to sing Scott Macmillan's CELTIC MASS for the SEA in Carnegie Hall on Saturday, MAY 23, 2015 at 8:30 p.m.

Pierre Perron, former professor of Music Education at Dalhousie University in Halifax, has been invited to recruit choristers who would arrive in NYC on Thursday, MAY 21, rehearse morning and afternoon on Friday, MAY 22, attend the dress rehearsal with orchestra in late afternoon Saturday, MAY 23 with the performance in the evening. Included is a midnight boat cruise around the Statue of Liberty.

Experienced Choristers

Pierre Perron, former professor of Music Education at Dalhousie University in Halifax, has been invited to bring a choir to sing Scott Macmillan’s CELTIC MASS FOR THE SEA in Carnegie Hall, New York City, on May 25, 2015. CORRECTION: The date is actually Saturday, May 23, 2015. 

The Land Package cost is US $789, which includes MidAmerica Production’s complete organization of this concert but does not include airfare or accommodation.  Experienced choristers are expected to learn the music on their own with a CD, and are invited to contact pperron@dal.ca or Prof. Perron at 902-425-5205 for more information.  The deadline for applications is October 15, 2014.
